CONTACT LENSES

For contact lens wearers, it is important to “target a perfect fit” to assure maximum comfort and wearabiltiy.

Contact Lenses

At Total Eye Care we also provide contact lenses – and we carefully “target a perfect fit” to assure maximum comfort and wearability.

Contacts are available for children age 8 years and older depending on their maturity level and prescription. Our older patients can easily be fitted for bifocal contacts.

Not all contact lenses are the same.

That’s why we offer standard spherical and astigmatic toric soft and bifocal contact lenses from all the major contact lens manufacturers. And, for those patients who cannot wear soft contact lenses, we provide high-quality, custom-made gas permeable lenses.

Whatever the lens, our goal is always to assure maximum comfort, excellent vision and wearability for each and every contact lens-wearing patient. It’s what we mean by “targeting a perfect fit.”

At Total Eye Care, our optometrists will target your perfect fit with contact lenses that not only are right for your individual prescription, but also for the exact shape and contour of your eyes.

And, as always, our  MD’s are available for consultation if you have questions or concerns about the health of your eyes or about LASIK, intraocular lens implants (IOLs) or other services.

Taking care to make sure that each individual patient who wears contacts achieves a perfect fit is just one of the things that sets Total Eye Care apart from the larger, more impersonal chains and practitioners.

Problem shooting

  • Do your contact lenses feel dry by the end of the day or even after a few hours?
  • Do your eyes get red or itchy when wearing your lenses?
  • Has your wearing time been reduced?

You may have health problems that are limiting your contact lens wearing time. Our optometrists know how to examine your eyes for these issues and then treat them appropriately. This helps to assure you quality vision and a comfortable wear.

Many advances have been made in contact lens technology and design. Newer materials are always being developed and at Total Eye Care we make it a priority to make them available. Now, there is a great fit for almost everyone, even if you have been told in the past that contacts “weren’t for you”.

Utilizing these newer materials allows our optometrists to fit patients with bifocals, high astigmatism corrections, and even dry and allergic eyes.

There’s eye care and there’s advanced eye care. See the difference advanced eye care can make. Have your questions answered in person by our doctors. Schedule an Appointment.
